Maia Assistant
Maia Assistant is designed to help brokers stay proactive, compliant, and efficient. Maia's agents understand case context, lender status, and client type to surface relevant actions.
In the chat beacon on the bottom right of your screen, you will start seeing contextual nudges such as:
Fact Find - Detects when a client has not yet received or completed their Fact Find and prompts the broker to send or resend it.
Protection - Identifies when a Protection policy has not been quoted or discussed and reminds the broker to review protection needs.
Conveyancing - Flags when conveyancing has not yet been instructed on an eligible case.
These nudges appear automatically based on the current state of the case you are viewing.
