HomeBuyer Dashboard Overview

Once onboarding is complete, clients land on their dashboard. This is their central hub for progressing through mortgage requirements and tracking their application.

Welcome Card

The top section displays:

  • The client’s name and profile

  • A progress indicator showing how many tasks they have completed

  • A clear prompt guiding their next action, such as Verify identity

This area helps clients understand where they are in the process and what they should do first.

To-Do List

The To-Do tab shows the remaining tasks your client must complete. Examples include:

  • Personal details

  • Address history

  • Dependants

Each item opens a simple form, making it easy for clients to work through required information step by step.
Clients can also switch between To Do and Completed tasks, or tap See all to view the full list.

Applications

This section shows the client’s active mortgage application, including:

  • Application type (e.g., Buy-to-let)

  • Applicant type (e.g., Single Applicant)

  • Broker firm name

  • Application ID

This helps clients clearly understand which application they are completing tasks for.
