How to Source with Twenty7Tec in Smartr365

Overview

Twenty7Tec's CloudTwenty7 platform is integrated into Smartr365, allowing you to search for and compare mortgage products. You can import sourced products and their associated documents (Evidence of Research, Key Facts Illustration, Payment Schedule) directly into your Smartr365 case.

Getting Started

Where to find it:

  • Quick Sourcing: Go to Quick Sourcing from the main menu, then click the Twenty7Tec card.

  • Case Sourcing: Within a case, go to Application Services > Sourcing, then click the Twenty7Tec card.

Who can access it: Mortgage adviser users with the View Sourcing permission.

Initial Setup

  1. Ask your system administrator to enter the Twenty7Tec OAuth credentials in Settings > Twenty7Tec OAuth.

  2. When you first launch Twenty7Tec sourcing, you will be asked to authorise your account. This is a one-time process.

Step-by-Step Guide

Case Sourcing

  1. Open your case and go to Application Services > Sourcing.

  2. Click the Twenty7Tec card.

  3. If you have previously sourced on this case, your past searches and results will be displayed.

  4. Click Source New to create a new search. The sourcing screen will open in a new tab with your case data pre-populated.

  5. After completing your search in Twenty7Tec, return to Smartr365 to view your results (results refresh automatically every 60 seconds).

  6. Click on a product to view its details.

  7. Click Import to bring the product data and documents into your case.

Importing Products and Documents

When importing from Twenty7Tec, you can choose to import:

  • Client details β€” updates the case with the sourced product information.

  • Documents β€” saves sourcing documents to the case document store.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Results from Twenty7Tec are grouped by search session.

  • Documents already saved to the case will show a linked icon.

  • Your authorisation may expire periodically β€” if this happens, you will be prompted to re-authorise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can I not click the Twenty7Tec card?

A: You need to be logged in as a mortgage adviser. Your system administrator may also need to set up the OAuth credentials.

Q: I completed a search but no products are showing.

A: Products are fetched every 60 seconds. Wait a moment and results should appear. If not, contact support.
