Where is the fact find located?

The fact find is located within an individual case, accessible from the left-hand navigation bar.

How to access the fact find

  1. Open an existing case (or create a new one).

  2. In the left-hand navigation bar within the case, you will see the fact find sections listed. These include items such as Personal Details, Address History, Dependants, Employment, Savings, Expenditure, Credit Commitments, Existing Properties, and more.

  3. Click on any section to view or edit the information for each applicant on the case.

What about joint applications?

For joint applications, the fact find displays forms for each applicant. You can switch between the primary and secondary applicant using the applicant tabs at the top of the form. If sharing is enabled, both applicants can view each other's information (see the Share All Info toggle).

Can clients access the fact find?

Yes. Clients can complete the fact find through the client portal. The sections available to clients are controlled by your firm's settings under Settings > Default Client Portal Sections.
