You can move a case to another status on the Workflow page by dragging and dropping the case card into a different status column.
How to move a case
Open the Workflow page from the left-hand navigation bar.
Find the case card you want to move.
Click and hold the case card.
Drag the card to the desired status column (e.g. from "Meeting" to "Decision In Principle").
Release the card to drop it into the new column.
The case status will update automatically once you drop it.
Joint applications
For joint applications, you only need to drag one of the applicant cards. The second applicant's card will automatically move to the same status.
Completed cases
Moving a case out of the Completed column is restricted to System Administrator users only. If you need a completed case moved back, contact a System Administrator in your firm.
Things to know
Moving a case to a new status may trigger automated workflow tasks if your firm has configured them in the Workflow Builder.
A loading spinner will appear briefly on the case card while the status change is being saved.
