Can I move a completed case back to a previous status?

Yes, but only System Administrator users can move a completed case back to a previous status.

How to move a completed case

  1. Open the Workflow page from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Locate the case in the Completed column.

  3. Drag the case card from the Completed column and drop it into the desired status column (e.g. Post Offer Processing, Contracts Exchanged).

Why is this restricted?

This feature is restricted to System Administrator users to protect compliance and data integrity. Moving a case out of Completed status can affect audit trails and automated workflows, so it is important that only authorised users make this change.

What if I am not a System Administrator?

If you need a completed case moved back to a previous status, contact a System Administrator within your firm and ask them to make the change on the Workflow page.
