There are two ways you can view and amend case tasks.

1. You can access tasks by visiting the tasks page, which is conveniently located on the left-hand navigation bar. This page provides a comprehensive overview of all the tasks that are available for you to work on.

2. In addition to accessing tasks through the tasks page, you also have the option to view tasks directly within a case. To do this, simply navigate to the case you are working on and click on the tasks button on the toolbar at the top of the case page. This will allow you to see the specific tasks that are associated with that particular case.
