Introducers are accessed from the Introducers page in the left-hand navigation bar.
How to find the Introducers page
Log in to Smartr365.
Look at the left-hand navigation bar -- you will see Introducers listed as one of the main menu items (alongside Dashboard, Workflow, Tasks, Leads, Cases, etc.).
Click Introducers to open the page.
What you can do on the Introducers page
View all introducers linked to your firm, including their company name, branch, and negotiator details.
Add new introducers and manage existing ones.
See which leads have been referred through each introducer.
Introducer Fee Management
If you need to manage introducer fees, this is located in a separate area. Go to Settings > Introducer Fees to configure fee structures for your introducers.
Note: You need the Manage Introducers permission to access the Introducers page. If you cannot see it in your navigation, contact your System Administrator to check your permissions.
