You can amend introducer fees from the Settings area if you have a System Administrator role. Introducer fees control the percentage of the proc fee and the flat fee paid to each introducer company.
Steps to amend introducer fees
Navigate to Settings > Introducer Fees in the left-hand navigation bar.
You will see a table listing all introducer companies with columns for Name, Percentage of Proc Fee, and Introducer Flat Fee.
Use the search bar at the top to find a specific introducer by name.
Edit the Percentage of Proc Fee or Introducer Flat Fee value directly in the table row.
The change saves automatically when you move out of the field. A confirmation toast will appear.
Default fees
Introducers that have not been individually configured will display the default fee values. When you set a custom fee for an introducer, it overrides the default. If you delete a custom fee, the introducer reverts to the default values.
Who can access this
Only users with the System Administrator role can view and modify introducer fees.
