Release Notes - 2 February
Today, we've launched two new key improvements to the Case Summary and Notes function, along with several other smaller changes:
- We've made some changes to the case summary. This includes making the font size larger for the Client Address, Lender Reference, and Mortgage Account number. We've highlighted the Status box and included an expand function to move the Adviser and Introducer details to the bottom of the screen.
- We've also launched System-Generated tags for system-generated notes. This helps you understand where a note has been created automatically via the system.
- UInsure: We resolved an issue with Uinsure where users were unable to generate new BTL quotes
- Client Portal: We resolved an issue in the Client Portal where the negative value in Turnover, Profit before tax, Profit after tax field should remain negative
- Data import: We've removed 'Follow-up date' as a mandatory field in data import for cases in completed status
- 27Tech: We resolved an issue where the 27tec portal wasn't launching from Smartr365 for a specific applicant where amounts were negative.
Release Notes - 16 February
Today, we've launched the ability to edit and delete notes, along with several other smaller changes:
- You can now edit and delete notes. As an adviser, you're able to edit and delete your own notes and as a System Admin you'll be able to edit and delete any notes. There are more improvements to come. Stay tuned for the Notes History, ability to expand them, and pin your favourites coming shortly.
Other changes live today:
- We've resolved an issue where the second applicant was not visible on the case picker and client pill unless the page was refreshed
- We've resolved an issue where an error message was showing when a System Administrator tries to add a valid firm ID on the settings screen
- We've added Sanction Check and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to the Compliance document type dropdown in the Document Store
