Advice Communication Method
A new field has been added to Mortgage, Protection and Home Insurance cases to capture if the advice has been provided to the Client via Face to Face or Non-Face to Face communication (e.g phone call, email, video conference).
This field can be found in the ‘New Mortgages’ form, ‘Protection Policies’ for Protection and ‘Home Insurance.’
Client Previous Names
Additional fields have been added to the ‘Personal Details’ section of the Fact-Find to capture further details if your Client had any previous name. If YES is selected for the question ‘Has the applicant been known by any other names?’, additional fields will appear to capture details of the applicant’s previous name.
The existing ‘Previous Surname’ field has been moved into this sub-section.
