How to Use PowerBI Reports in Smartr365
Overview
Smartr365 integrates with Microsoft Power BI to provide advanced, interactive business intelligence reports directly within the platform. These reports offer deeper analytics beyond the standard built-in reports.
Getting Started
Where to find it: Go to Reports > PowerBI Report in the left-hand navigation menu.
Who can access it: PowerBI Reports must be enabled for your firm. Once enabled, the link appears in the Reports navigation.
Using PowerBI Reports
Click PowerBI Report in the Reports navigation.
The report loads automatically within Smartr365 -- no need to log in separately to Power BI.
Interact with the report using Power BI's built-in features: click on charts to drill down, hover for tooltips, and use page tabs at the bottom.
Tips & Best Practices
The report is embedded directly in Smartr365, so your data is secured through the same authentication.
If the report does not load, try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, contact support.

Q: I do not see the PowerBI Report option in my Reports menu.
