Cases will not appear in the Lead Origin report if required data is missing from the case. The report needs the following fields to be populated:
Introducer Branch -- The source or referral branch must be recorded on the case.
Mortgage Amount -- The case must have a mortgage amount entered.
How to fix missing cases
Open the case that is not appearing in the report.
Check that an Introducer Branch has been selected in the case details.
Ensure a Mortgage Amount has been entered on the mortgage product.
Save the case and re-run the report.
Report filters to check
The Lead Origin report also has filters that may exclude cases. When running the report, verify:
Date Range -- Ensure the date range covers the period when the case was created.
Finance Type -- The report supports Mortgages and Life. Make sure the correct type is selected.
Introducer filter -- If you have filtered to a specific introducer, the case must match that introducer.
You can find the Lead Origin report under Reports > Business > Lead Origin. Results can be exported to CSV for further analysis.
