Mark protection cases as lapsed or cancelled
Mark protection cases as lapsed or cancelled

To mark a protection case as Lapsed or Cancelled, simply:

  1. Open the Protection policy

  2. Open the Case information section

  3. Mark the status as Completed

  4. Under policy status select Lapsed or Cancelled

  5. Select a reason

  6. Enter the Date lapsed or cancelled

  7. Click Save

8. On clicking Save, you'll be able to see that the case was Completed and Cancelled. The 'C' label represents the case being Cancelled and 'L' for Lapsed.

9. This will also be reflected on the Case summary screen with the 'C' label for Cancelled and 'L' for Lapsed.
