📧 Email Enhancements

Attach Files to Your Emails
You can now attach files when composing or replying to emails directly within Smartr365. No need to switch systems to share important documents with clients.

  • Attach up to 10 files per email

  • Supported formats: PDF, Word (.doc), Excel (.xlsx), JPEG (.jpeg), PNG (.png)

This makes it quicker and easier to send supporting documents, saving you time and improving client communications.


🆕 Other Enhancements

  • New Fields: National Insurance, Primary Employment, EPC data capture, “Has Property Been Sold Before,” and more.

  • Adviser Tools:

    • New “Refer Client to Protection/Home Insurance” button.

    • Product feature enhancements in Smartr Connect.

  • Lender Integrations: Improved Halifax and Nationwide integrations for smoother case management.
