Release Note - 04/06/26

New & Improved

Lender submissions are more reliable

Nationwide submissions (FMA) are now available to all firms, and now work for prepopulate-only DIP cases as well as product-reserve cases.

We've made Nationwide submissions more resilient, so they're less likely to fail partway through.

For Halifax re-DIPs, you'll now see a clear banner if a submission is blocked, telling you why, instead of failing silently.

A tidier, more focused platform

We've retired several obsolete areas that were no longer in use — the old client Applications page, the old client Portfolio page, and the legacy Calculators — to reduce clutter and confusion.

Fixed

Fact Find & sharing

  • Fixed an issue where the Fact Find sharing toggle on joint cases could get stuck, showing an "applicant already sharing" error.

Client portal & documents

  • Clients can no longer delete compliance documents (such as IDD/CIDD) that were uploaded by their adviser — protecting your records.

  • On the eConveyancing page, updates to the source of deposit now appear straight away, with no need to hard-refresh the page.

Cases & quotes

After transferring a case to a new adviser, the case summary now correctly shows the new adviser instead of the original one.

Resolved save failures affecting some mortgage cases and the client portal.

Fixed a validation issue that was preventing some protection quotations from saving.

Expanded field access for network members

Network-level restrictions have been removed from the following customer data fields, which are now visible and accessible to network members:

  • Passport details

  • Driving licence details

  • Banking details

Documents & Verification

Compliance documents are now protected — clients can no longer delete adviser-uploaded documents (such as IDD/CIDD) from the client portal.

On the eConveyancing page, updates to the source of deposit now appear immediately, with no need to hard-refresh.
