We have introduced a new Keyword Search that allows brokers to locate cases using precise address elements such as postcodes or specific address lines.
Searches for postcodes like “BS9 4JP or street addresses like “29 Acacia Road”, now return only cases containing that exact text in the address.
SmartFlow Republish Ability to Update Existing Tasks
We have improved workflow management by introducing an optional way to update existing tasks when republishing a workflow with new role assignments.
You can now choose whether updates apply only to new tasks (default) or also to existing tasks.
