Search by Policy Reference Number on the Cases Page
We have introduced a new enhancement that allows advisers to search for Protection cases using the policy reference number directly from the Cases page.
Advisers can now enter a policy reference number into the search bar and immediately see the relevant case in the results.
Email Replies Now Logged in Adviser Portal History
We have released a fix to ensure that client email replies are correctly captured and displayed in the Adviser Portal.
Email replies from clients will now appear automatically in the History tab, ensuring advisers always have a complete and up to date view of their client interactions.
Duplicate Cases Removed from the Cases Page
Previously, when advisers searched for a client or case, duplicate entries were sometimes displayed even though only one valid case existed.
We have released an improvement to ensure a single correct entry for each case is returned, with no duplicates.
Date Sorting Fix in the Document Store
When advisers attempted to sort documents in the Document Store, the list did not sort correctly.
We have released a fix to correct the behaviour of the sorting control so they sort in ascending or descending order.
Client Verification Documents Now Visible in Adviser Portal
We have released a fix to ensure that verification documents uploaded by clients in the client portal are now displayed correctly in the adviser portal.
Previously, when a client uploaded their verification documents through Homebuyer, these files were not appearing in the adviser portal.
Any verification documents a client uploads in the client portal will now appear in the Document Store for their case in the adviser portal.
