This release see us continuing to enhance the Smartr365 experience for advisers and clients with a series of key improvements readying for a broader launch of some upcoming exciting new releases.


Document Doc Dropbox

Following successful beta testing, the Document Drop Box is now live for all users.

This powerful new feature allows advisers and clients to upload documents quickly, securely, and in bulk. Simply drag and drop hundreds of files, and our AI powered document intelligence layer takes care of the rest.

The system automatically:

  • Matches each file to the correct case and client

  • Identifies the document type and its purpose

  • Files it into the document store in the right location

  • Renames it automatically using a consistent naming convention, client-name-document-type.file-extension

All uploads appear instantly in the relevant case record, ensuring a smarter, faster, and more organised way to manage documentation.

We’d like to thank our beta participants for their feedback. It’s helped us fine-tune performance, accuracy, and usability ahead of full release.

Protection Contact Date Autofill

We’ve made it easier for advisers to stay on top of client protection reviews.

When you enter a Policy Start Date in a protection case, the Protection Contact Date field will now automatically fills, ensuring clients are reminded to review their cover before a year passes.

When a valid Policy Start Date is entered, the Protection Contact Date is automatically populated. If the Protection Contact Date is manually edited, it will stay unchanged unless the Policy Start Date is updated. Clearing the Policy Start Date will also clear the Protection Contact Date. Updating the Policy Start Date will update the Protection Contact Date accordingly.

This enhancement helps advisers maintain consistent protection review schedules with less manual effort.

Email History Tab Refresh

We’ve improved the Email History experience to make tracking sent emails smoother and more immediate. When an adviser sends an email, the Email History tab now refreshes automatically, so the newly sent message appears instantly. No need to refresh the page or click away and back again.

Once an email is successfully sent, the Email History tab updates automatically. The most recently sent email will appear in the list right away, without requiring any manual refresh.
