How to Use Big Screen Mode for Reports
Overview
Big Screen mode is a full-screen dashboard view designed for displaying key business metrics on a TV or large monitor in your office. It automatically rotates between selected reports, providing a live overview of your business performance.
Getting Started
Where to find it: Go to Reports > Big Screen in the left-hand navigation menu.
Who can access it: Users with the Big Screen Report permission.
Available Big Screen Reports
Big Screen mode includes the following report views:
Lead Flow -- Number of new leads over the last 30 days
Mortgage Written -- Written mortgage summary
Protection Written -- Written protection summary
Building Written -- Written buildings & contents summary
Total Written -- Combined written totals
Mortgage Completed -- Completed mortgage summary
Protection Completed -- Completed protection summary
Configuring Big Screen
Open Big Screen mode from the Reports navigation.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the configuration dialog.
Tick or untick the reports you want to display in the rotation.
Click Save. You must select at least one report.
Your selection is saved in your browser, so it will persist between sessions on the same device.
Tips & Best Practices
Big Screen mode automatically shows data for the last 30 days.
The reports rotate automatically between the ones you have selected.
Use the back arrow in the top-left to return to the standard reports view.
Your firm's logo is displayed in the header for a professional look on office displays.
