How to Manage Your Billing and Subscription in Smartr365

Overview

The Billing Details page gives you access to your secure billing portal, where you can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices.

Getting Started

Where to find it: Go to Business > Settings > Billing Details

Who can access it: System Administrators only

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Navigate to Business > Settings > Billing Details

  2. Click the Open Billing Portal button

  3. A new browser tab will open with your secure billing portal (powered by Stripe)

What You Can Do in the Billing Portal

From the billing portal, you can:

  • View your current subscription plan

  • Update your payment methods

  • View and download past invoices

  • Manage your billing details

Tips & Best Practices

  • Keep your payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions

  • Download invoices regularly for your records

  • Remember that adding new users through User Management may add charges to your monthly bill
