Overview
Smartr365 makes it easy to connect your home buyers with a mortgage broker. From the Introducer Portal dashboard, you can share a unique QR code, copy a shareable link, or add case details manually.
Using the QR Code
Log in to your Introducer Portal. You will see your personalised QR code at the top of the dashboard, along with the assigned broker name.
Ask the home buyer to scan the QR code using their phone camera.
The home buyer will be connected to your selected broker automatically.
Sharing a Link
Below the QR code, you will see a shareable link.
Click the copy icon next to the link to copy it to your clipboard.
Paste and send the link to your home buyer via email, text message, or any messaging app.
Adding a Case Manually
Click the Add case details manually button below the QR code section.
Fill in the home buyer's details in the form that appears.
Submit the form to create the referral.
Filtering Your Referrals
Above your referrals list, you can filter by:
Timespan — Last 7 days, 14 days, 31 days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Last Year
Branch — Available for System Admins
Negotiator — Available for System Admins and Branch Managers
Broker/Adviser — Shows adviser contact details
Referral Summary
Below the filters, a summary bar shows:
Total Commission This Period
Total New Leads
Total In Progress
Total Completed
Tracking Your Referrals
All referred home buyers appear on your dashboard. The list can display as cards or a table and shows: property address, postcode, mortgage amount, current status, last note, and client contact details (name, mobile, email). In table view, contact details and notes are shown in an expandable details row.
