Overview
The Primis integration connects Smartr365 to the Primis network's Toolbox platform, enabling fact find data synchronisation, mortgage policy creation, and client linking between the two systems.
Note: This integration is only available for firms within the Primis network.
Before You Start
Your firm must be a member of the Primis network
You must have an active Toolbox account
You need your Toolbox username, API key, and Advisor ID
Credential Setup
Field | Required | Notes |
Toolbox Username | Yes | Your login username for the Primis Toolbox platform |
API Key | Yes | API authentication key from your Toolbox account |
Advisor ID | Yes | Your adviser identifier in the Toolbox system |
Steps
Navigate to Settings > My Credentials > Primis
Enter your Toolbox Username
Enter your API Key
Enter your Advisor ID
Click Save
The API key will be masked after saving for security.
Mandatory Data for Submissions

Troubleshooting

Primis option not visible | Check that the Primis feature flag is enabled for your firm |
