Homebuyer β Fact Find Direct Saving
We have introduced direct saving from the Homebuyer fact find to the Adviser Portal. As clients progress through the fact find, their answers are now saved through to the adviser portal as they go β not just when a section is fully completed. This means advisers can see in-progress fact find data without waiting for the client to finish an entire section, helping you stay on top of cases and follow up more effectively.
Homebuyer β Introducer Link Routing Fixed
We have resolved an issue with the introducer link journey where selecting "It's for our Business" did not correctly route the user into the Homebuyer fact find. Both introducer and business flows now route correctly, ensuring leads generated via introducer links are captured and assigned as expected.
Homebuyer β Buildings & Contents: Empty Property Dropdown Fixed
We have fixed an issue where the Buildings & Contents step showed an empty Property dropdown and allowed a client to proceed even when no properties had been previously recorded. The Add Insurance option is now correctly hidden when no property records exist, preventing a confusing dead end for clients.
