Release Note - 06/07/26

This release is headlined by a major expansion of in-app Reporting, a smarter global search (SmartSearch), and broader lender coverage in SmartrConnect for Nationwide, NatWest and Halifax.

📊 Reporting — build the view you actually need

  • Company-wide dashboards are here — see performance across the whole firm, not just your own pipeline.

  • A dashboard-level date picker (including a new between date-range option) now drives every chart on the board at once.

  • Sortable, re-orderable report columns and clickable charts — click straight from a chart or table row through to the underlying case.

  • A redesigned "Add column" picker: grouped, searchable, and split clearly into dimensions and measures.

  • New users now start with a sensible set of default dashboard tiles instead of a blank canvas, and preset changes now flow through to dashboards you've already created.

  • Numerous layout and stability fixes: charts no longer clip, the chart-builder no longer discards your work if you click outside it, and report recovery handles errors gracefully rather than getting stuck.

🏦 SmartrConnect — more lenders, fewer surprises

  • Nationwide, NatWest and Halifax now run pre-submission Missing Fields checks, so you find out what a lender needs before you submit a DIP — not after a rejection.

  • Clearer in-context guidance when a case isn't ready: an in-panel Nationwide outcome banner, friendlier gateway/error messaging, and the exact failure reason on Halifax DIP certificate downloads.

  • Affordability/income verification (AIV) banners now appear on Nationwide DIP results.

  • Missing Fields now refreshes automatically after you save, and handles repeated records more intelligently.

🧾 Fact Find & documents

  • Existing protection cover is now included in the Fact Find PDF.

  • Fixed an issue causing some Fact Find downloads to error.

  • Referring adviser details now render reliably on shared documents.

🔒 Platform, performance & reliability (under the hood)

  • More resilient sign-in: MFA method choice is now remembered, and stale configuration cookies are cleared automatically after a business migration.

  • Performance and stability hardening across search indexing, database upgrades, and external integrations.

  • Ongoing clean-up of retired features and reduced background noise to keep the platform fast.
