Case filters — follow-up fixes
The show and hide checkboxes on the Cases page were being ignored whenever any other filter was active, so cases you had asked to hide — completed cases, or cases with a future follow-up date — could still appear in your list. Those checkboxes are now respected whatever else you have filtered on.
Lender and provider submissions
Several fixes to the information we send out on your behalf.
L&G Ignite — self-employed income and pension additional income were not being passed through when you launched Ignite, and some other fields were mapped inconsistently. The figures now match what is on the case.
Nationwide DIP — a Source of Funds field left at zero was being rejected for failing a £1 minimum, which blocked DIP submission on purchase and first-time-buyer cases. Zero values are now handled correctly.
Halifax FMA — the address lookup was putting the street name into the Flat No field, and the form was sending empty values, both of which Halifax rejected. Addresses are now filed into the right lines, single-word street names are handled, and an adviser who hits a submission error can now re-check and resubmit rather than being stuck with no way forward.
Openwork / Concert Hub — job title and employment start date were being dropped for employed applicants and are now sent through.
Nothing to set up: existing cases will submit correctly once the release is live.
Protection — View Quotes error in Solution Builder
Fixed an error that appeared when you clicked View Quotes and Solution Builder returned a quote with no benefits attached. The screen now handles that response instead of failing, so you can carry on rather than having to start the quote again.
Introducer Fees — deleted introducers no longer listed
The Introducer Fees screen was showing introducer accounts that had been deleted, which made the list longer than it should be and risked fees being recorded against the wrong account. Only active introducers now appear.
