In a few simple steps, your client can set their marketing preferences.
Here's a few simple instructions to share with your client:
Go to the Fact Find section
Click on Personal Details
Scroll to the bottom to Marketing Preferences

Select from the marketing preference options if you would like to receive marketing communications from your adviser (Email, Mail, Text Message or Phone)
Select the options you would like to be applied by toggling 'On' the button to the right. More than one option can be selected and saved. If you choose to receive marketing communications by mail, please ensure your residential address is up-to-date in Address Details.
Click Next Section: Address History (your selections will not be applied until you have clicked the Save button)
Your marketing preferences have been set. You can change this any time by toggling the channels 'Off' to the left and clicking Next Section: Address History.
If the adviser makes a change to this preference on the client's behalf, the client will receive an automatic email from Smartr365 letting them know.

Important note: The client will still receive service-related queries from Smartr365 regardless of these preferences. Their details will not be shared with third parties without their consent.
