System Administrators can export client marketing preference data as an Excel file from the Data Export area in Settings.
How to export marketing preferences
From the left-hand menu, go to Settings.
Select Data Export.
Click the Marketing Preferences tab.
Click Create New Export.
In the modal that appears, confirm the export type is set to Marketing Preferences, then click Export.
Once the export completes, it will appear in the export history list showing the file name, date, the user who requested it, and the number of client records exported.
Click Download to save the Excel file to your computer.
Who can access this?
This feature is only available to users with the System Administrator role. If you do not see the Marketing Preferences tab under Data Export, check with your firm's administrator to confirm your role permissions.
What does the export contain?
The exported file includes your clients' marketing preference selections, allowing you to review and audit consent records for compliance with data protection regulations.
