Image: Marketing Preferences and the Activity Log.
In a few simple steps, you can set your client's marketing preferences for them:
Go to the Fact Find section
Scroll to the bottom to Marketing Preferences
All preferences, whether applied by the client or the adviser are recorded in the Activity Log at the bottom of the Fact Find. Here you can see who changed the preference, the preference channel, whether the action was to enable or disable, and when the change occurred.
Important note: The client will still receive service-related queries from Smartr365 regardless of these preferences. Their details will not be shared with third parties without their consent.
