How to Source Mortgage Products in Smartr365
Overview
The Sourcing feature lets you search for mortgage products from multiple sourcing platforms directly within a case. You can compare products and import results back into your case.
Getting Started
Where to find it: Open a mortgage case, then navigate to Case Services > Sourcing.
Who can access it: Users with sourcing permissions. Your firm must have at least one sourcing platform configured.

L&G Ignite - Legal & General mortgage club sourcing
SourcingBrain (MortgageBrain) - Alternative product sourcing
Step-by-Step Guide
Open the mortgage case you want to source for.
Navigate to Case Services > Sourcing.
You will see the available sourcing platforms. Platforms that are not configured will show a message explaining why.
Select your preferred platform to launch the sourcing tool.
The sourcing tool will pre-populate with data from your case.
Review and run the search.
Once you find a suitable product, you can import the result back into your case.

Q: Why are my Twenty7Tec results not appearing?
