What's different

  • Dates. Each report counts by the date that matters for it: written reports by written date, completed reports by completion date, lead reports by lead date. See The ready-made reports.

  • The Business report is by month. It shows written and completed business side by side for whole months. A date range that starts or ends mid-month includes the whole of those months.

  • Your view depends on your role. Advisers see their own cases; managers and system administrators see the whole firm.

  • Figures refresh four times a day rather than being live. See How up to date is Reporting?.

Not in Reporting yet

  • Pensions and investments aren't included in product totals.

  • Lead Origin's monthly average and all-time total aren't available. Leads by introducer shows leads in the period you choose and each introducer's last lead date.

  • Team views. A manager sees the whole firm rather than just their own team.

  • Introducer Notes remain on the case rather than in a report.
