Browse reports is the library of ready-made reports. Reporting opens on it, and you can get back to it at any time from Browse reports under Reporting in the main navigation, or the Browse reports button on a dashboard.
Find a report
Reports are grouped by the question they answer:
Group | What's in it |
Written | What you've written: value and volume, lenders, product and buyer mix, adviser league table, case-by-case detail |
Completed | Completed mortgages by month |
Pipeline | Cases in flight, conversion, remortgage opportunities, fact-find progress and lender submissions |
Commission and fees | Commission statement and trend, fees, commission paid case by case |
Protection | Protection and home insurance, and how much of your mortgage business also holds protection |
Cross-sell and referrals | Referrals to partners and how they turn out |
Compliance | Identity checks, PEP and sanctions flags, the FCA new business registers and RMAR summaries |
Leads and introducers | Lead flow and where your leads come from |
Build your own | A blank table to build your own report |
To search, type in Search reports…. The search looks at each report's name and description, so you can type what you're after, such as "commission" or "remortgage".

Run a report
Click a report to open it full screen. It runs straight away; there's nothing to set up.
At the top of the report page you'll find:
Back to reports — returns to the library.
The date picker — changes the period the report covers (see below).
CSV and Excel — download what's on screen. See Export reports to CSV and Excel.
Customise first and the add button — keep the report on a dashboard. See Add a report to a dashboard.
Under the report's name, Data to … shows how up to date the figures are.
Change the dates
Click the date picker and choose All time, This month, Last month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 12 months or Year to date. Or choose Custom range, enter a From and To date and click Apply.
Each report applies the period to the date that matters for it. A completed-business report filters on completion date, a written-business report on written date, a lead report on lead date. Changing the dates on a report page only affects what you're looking at; it isn't saved.
See the cases behind a figure
Click a bar, a point, a number or a row in a summary table to see the cases behind it. In a case-by-case table, click a row to open that case in a new tab. See See the cases behind a figure.
Reports you can't run
Some reports count the whole firm and can't be narrowed to one adviser's cases. If you're an adviser, these appear greyed out and marked Firm level — needs a manager, at the end of their group. You can still open one to read why. Ask a manager or system administrator to run it for you.
